    Not new with existing data on them. Clearly counterfeit with black paint over sanded surface and a few double-printed with a different part number underneath. They seem to work for my purposes though, and at least have the stated capacity. Speed and temperature ratings aren't a big concern of mine; better to avoid all the hassle of sanding, painting, and re-printing and sell them as exactly what they are for the same price: used pulls with varying speeds and temperature ratings...
