Seller read my message to cancel then minutes later created the shipping label probably knowing it would cost $100 to ship back and I would be forced to keep it. The bag is ok but not very good quality. Anyone in Canada want an unused bag I'll give it to you for free.

We did not read the message to cancel then create a shipping label.
We were unable to cancel the order as it had already been processed and collected by our courier.
Our warehouse team work over the weekend but the dispatch notifications are not updated until the following Monday.
This item is a genuine high quality British Bag Company Harris Tweed bag, we have sold high quantities of this item and have not received any complaints about the quality.

Mixed feelings - the bag arrived very promptly. It's not quite as nice as I was expecting, though - it is made with Harris Tweed, but it's not a Harris Tweed bag - it's a made-in-China imitation using some of the original fabric. If you want a cheap-ish version of the Harris Tweed look, you'll probably be happy, but it doesn't have the quality or finish of the genuine Harris Tweed designs. The straps are fastened with magnet catches rather than buckles, and are likely to tear with heavy use.
