UPS let it sit at one their distribution centers for 3 days, less than 200 miles from it's destination. They need to "up" their game. It was easy to assemble. Just attach the 'feet' to each unit using the pre-marked locations. Helps to have a drill or screwgun. The sound quality is excellent. No distortion or rattles. I had to buy some AAA batteries. The "equalizer" settings are ok. Woofer is separate
