Pads exactly as described and fit the Moto Guzzi V7 850 rear brake perfectly (unlike EBC equivalent which needs a file taking to the bottom edge to create the clearance for the caliper mounting bolt). Bit disappointed that the material thickness of 4mm, which was no greater than the OEM Sinter pads which were down to just 1mm from their wear line limit and still had 4mm of material left too.
