I did receive the item; however there was no movement at all on the tracking number provided; until after I opened a request for a full refund because the item was not here on the expected delivery date. I did receive the item 2 days after the expected delivery date. I do wish the tracking info had been updated in a more timely manner and therefore I would not have opened a request for refund.
