My only issue is the unreliability of their condition descriptions - I generally buy "used - very good" or better where possible, but more than once I've received a book with rips or holes in the cover, or defaced with library security stickers, which was described as Very Good, which to me doesn't meet that description - so it's a gamble on the score.
