- i***l (155)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAfter spending over $400 on the breast pump and the expedited shipping, I was very disappointed to see in what state my item arrived (see photos). The box arrived damaged full of packing peanuts that just made a big mess. Also, eBay said the seller would ship out in 3 days and despite paying additional costs for expedited shipping, the seller took 5 days to send out the item and then lied and said it was UPS's system not updating when she sent it out 2 days later. Peanuts are an extra eco-friendly layer to protect your original packaged pump and I just used an amazon box I have for extra protection. Our processing time is 3 days not delivery time which is very clear. However, I took the time to drop off the package as fast as I could as a courtesy, I'm not responsible for UPS system delays. The description clearly states the plug-in condition and I offered to send a converter but you never responded to me.
