    I opened IMMEDIATELY. Glass bowl cover was broken. Box not damaged. 2 layers of parts packed inside. Bowl on bottom layer, packed tilted , had 2 light bulb boxes set inside it & thin bubble wrap bag around it. I contacted the seller, &sent several requested pics of the broken item & packed box still. They refused to refund/return & only offered me $15 on a part costing $41 on EBay that THEY looked up. Their “quality control dept” determined it was MY fault!? HOW!? Never even tried installing!
