The listing had plenty of detail photos of the bag, and the quality looked even better when the bag arrived. It was packaged with care, clean, smelled faintly of leather, and had no marks on it that weren't already visible in the product photography. The shipping from Japan to the US was fast & I received plenty of communication from shippers along the way. Would buy again!
