    The front step dollhouse replacement part was exactly as pictured, the item was labled correctly, and shipping costs was reasonable. The part wasn't shipped well, it was in a shipping bag, with no wrapping or cardboard or anything to prevent damage from shipping. Also, while the front of the item is as pictured in the listing the back of the item was filthy. There was black and gray dirt or maybe ash all over with black hair and glue residue. I would say it was worth it as a replacement peice.
