Unfortunately due to a measuring error...these things happen from time to time which can't be helped....the jacket was too large. I contacted the seller and they were really nice and very apologetic. Asked me to do a return and I was refunded immediately when the parcel was handed in at the P.O. Seller has been very communicative, even contacting me when the jacket arrived back and again apologising. Can't fault them at all. Excellent.
