The item was advertised as brand new. I guessed I was sent wrong item but never offered the right one. Seller wanted to give me partial refund!, I shipped it back. No chance,

    My handle was broken when I received the item. Machine was not packaged well to protect the Bakelite handle. I had messaged seller regarding this but have not heard about a replacement handle. Item also was missing a bobbin case. I need a response back for a replacement handle and bobbin case, and I will change my review.
