Then I was informed the bow that was sent with it was for a violin not a viola. I contacted the seller. He said I could return it for a refund and he apologized and told me he was a tuba player and wasn't familiar with string instruments. I told him I would prefer him to send me the money I spent to get it in working order he refused. Lessen learned .
