      Exact item that was described, it was packaged well and arrived promptly. The motor on this unit worked, but there was an issue with the encoder. I informed the seller and they got another encoder in the mail right away and it fixed the problem and got us back up and running. The price was right and it was early enough in the season that minor hiccup with the first encoder wasn't something we couldn't get around with some space heaters for a few days. All in all a positive experience.
