- d***u (307)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWas poorly packaged in a box that was exactly the size of the item, with inadequate packing material, resulting in the item being destroyed in shipping. There was no crumple zone, so the item took all the force of being tossed around during shipping. Also no fragile stickers were applied, even though the item was fragile. Seller issued me a refund, but their rational behind why they packaged it like this didn't make sense. All in all, I wouldn't trust them with another item.Reply from: snopp81- Feedback replied by seller snopp81.- Feedback replied by seller snopp81.We always bubble wrap and pack items snugly so they don’t shift. In this case, Canada Post crushed the box, which is beyond our control. “Fragile” stickers often don’t help and sometimes make handling worse in our experience. We issued a refund right away, but want to be clear the packaging was done properly on our end.
