Initially nothing was stated about not posting to a PO Box address, of which I only found out by enquiring with the seller as to where my purchase was. Upon forwarding an alternative address, I still heard nothing until forwarding alternative address twice more. As at the 27th September 2025, I'm still waiting for purchase to be posted, let alone receiving the Walking Stick. Talk about poor customer relations.

The seller sent a video link on request. Unfortunately, the video did not help. Ultimately, we could not figure out a purpose for the screws that were provided. Instead, we used Titebond III Ultimate wood glue (Ace Hardware) to attach the bottom spindles to the base. We let it set for 24 hours. Seems to be working fine.
