Somebody had stuffed exact copies of the same card from another set entirely into each pack. So, this item was poorly shipped, arrived in poor condition, and was fraudulent. Somebody intentionally set out to scam here and make this look like it was lord of the rings - but in 12 packs there was not a single card from that set.
