Salt just falls through and you can no longer adjust the grind because all the teeth have been worn down. It’s very obvious that the mechanism is shot when seen in person and it should have been mentioned in the listing. The pepper grinders mechanism still operates as it should. The salt grinder should have gone in the garbage not sold on eBay.
