These pieces were packaged well in a craft bag and bubble wrap inside the small sized box (along with other jewellery from the seller) which arrived safely. No returns claim was made for the damaged pieces and I contacted the seller to notify them of the damages along with why it happened and they decided to partially refund me which I was not expecting.
