      Steve was brilliant, UPS had trouble delivering the item due to our road being temporarily closed, Steve did an excellent job resolving the issue for us. The amplifier was packaged amazingly well, best I've ever received, as for the item, it is really excellent, I'm very delighted with the condition and it has exceeded expectations. The item is as described, if not better.
