      Arrived fairly quickly, however, the top is off the shoulder but it's also supposed to be able to be worn normally. This one absolutely cannot. The top seam is VERY stretched out and you cannot cinch it up with the ties enough to be able to wear it like a regular top. It HAS to be worn only one way. According to the pics in the listing, the second Pic to be exact, it is meant to be worn either way. This was disappointing and I'm not even sure I'll be able to wear it.
