Then on Tuesday the 26th, the Ebay website said I would receive it by end of the day. But that did not happen. Then late that night, the website said I would receive it by Wednesday the 27th. Then that morning I see on the website that I won't get it until Friday the 29th. All the while no communication as to why I did not get it by the 25th other than it is running late.

I replied and never heard back, and then the seller didn't respond either to multiple follow-up messages after that where I tried to seek an agreement.
