There was a box that had additional hardware and it had been retaped. I contacted the seller numerous times and was promised tracking numbers each time but never got a tracking number. Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase again from this buyer because poor quality of product and very poor customer service skills.

His footing on the surface is unsure, and even at the lowest possible angle, he was not able to navigate the incline. He fell off the side, or couldn't grip it firmly enough to gain traction to get up. It also slipped off the car at one point. Maybe with training, he could eventually use it.
