    The item was shipped quickly and it would have been what I expected. Unfortunately, the items were not packaged properly, and they were also severely mishandled during shipping, which caused some of them to shatter (two cups and a dish). Only cotton and paper were used for padding, and no "fragile" marking was used on the box. The seller offered a partial refund, which I appreciate. I would recommend them to others, but I hope they take more care on packing irreplaceable objects in the future.

    This was a difficult situation. Obviously we were both upset at the damage.Any type of packing would not of held up to the beating this box took. As I said before it looks like an anvil was dropped on the box.Also, we do not use foam chip/peanuts due to environmental concerns.We have a pretty good review rate, with most people commentating on how well the items were packed. In this case the shipment just took a severe beating.Again, apologies for the partial damage.Thanks, Take care.
