It was squared away. I opened it up and found it in disarrayed. The motherboard was in tact. I assembled it; however, it wouldn't work! I checked each connection thoroughly. It still wouldn't work. I checked the power leads and found it was getting power; but, it wouldn't turn on! I would appreciate the return shipping label, and my refund immediately. Thank you.
