The CD itself is also has several and by the looks of it deep scratches, I doubt that the game itself was tested beyond putting it into the console and seeing if it boots up. I'd also like to note that the seller refused to reply to any of my messages, making it unlikely to even receive a refund which would make no sense as I already lost a hefty amount thanks to shipping and import fees.
