The item was shipped in an oversized box with NO protective packaging and likely bounced inside the box during shipping. I have reached out to seller for resolution with absolutely NO response to my request for a full refund. I am asking for the seller to do the right thing. Please help! I recieved a refund after tracking had it return to same State City and Zip Code where the seller is from. I got a promp refund with thw seller refusing to investigate this. He also told me via email that the zip code where it went back to is an hour and a half away from him which according to a USPS supervisor is not true.Follow-up from: e***i- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.I JUST RECIVED WORD FROM THE POST OFFICE IN MY TOWN. GEO TRACKING CONFIRMED IT WENT BACK TO SENDER, GAVE ME THE EXACT ADDRESS WHERE IT CAME FROM AND IT MATCHED WHERE IT WENT BACK TO... THEREFORE I NOW HAVE PROOF THAT IT WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER AND IT NEVER REACHED MY DOORSTEP. SELLER IS DENYING HE HAS THEM AND EVEN MADE A FALSE CLAIM THEY WENT BACK 1.5 HRS AWAY FROM HIM. DISHONEST, SHADEY. BUYER BEWARE! LOOK AT HIS FEEDBACK!
