The product box was damaged, had been opened, and was retaped haphazardly, as shown on the 1st photo. 2) Upon opening the box, I found that one (1) of the replacement brush heads was missing, so the box only contains nine (9) heads, as shown on the 2nd photo, rather than the ten (10) heads that were listed on the product page and the product box.
