Reached out to try and work something out but was effectively dismissed. Seller indicated most collectors want unopened boxes and don’t open them which seems to be the model (hope people don’t open them). This is the only complaint received and once talking to the buyer we asked what they considered a possible solution with nothing in response. A 30 year old box of cards that have no been opened and internal packs also opened is tough to remedy or provide a partial refund. The buyer never expressed what a solution could be.
