Which is WHY it has already been lost. I am a senior citizen and not rough with my jewelry items so there is no other explanation other than the quality of this item is basically non-existent. Now I understand why the seller has a NO RETURN policy. Don't waste your money like I did. Ask questions (which I didn't) and plan to not get your money's worth with this item.
