The value is higher than the retail price because I love the lilac and lavender family of tonal shades. It was packaged like a dream with 3 other items. This Reiss skirt is one of those rare fashions. You know it when you have it on and don't want to take it off. :) You know it when you carefully fold it to go to the dry cleaners, like I just did.
