The first wrapped item, sugar bowl with lid was in perfect condition. However, the second wrapped item (creamer, which was the one I actually wanted) was broken in about 30 pieces (I stopped counting after 20) It is hard for me to understand why 1 piece was intact and the other completely crushed. Since this is my first time dealing with glass, I do not know how to proceed from here.
