- s***u (59)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe glass figure arrived carefully packaged and swiftly. Unfortunately, it came with the nose broken off. After contacting the seller, letting them know of the issues (and providing some images as proof) I got a full refund. I did not expect nor ask for my money back, so I can honestly say that this seller is incredibly kind, understanding, and generous. Knowing how much the seller values their customers, I would gladly buy from them again (hopefully without a repeat of this incident).
