Should I have to fix something that should be ready to use when I receive it. I asked them to send the top section to fix the problem- they said ok and when I asked if they shipped they went back to me having to try and fix it with glue. So what can e bay do to solve this very frustrating situation. . A partial refund is useless to me and doesn’t solve anything. Thank you
