After investigating with the post office I contacted seller again asking for them to initiate a claim, since I don’t have the required documentation. Still no response. I purchase on EBay frequently but have never in more than 20 years left negative feedback. Until now. Don’t buy from this person. Buy claims it was stolen. Buyer should contact their local police department and file report if their property (no longer in mine or PO custody) was stolen off their property. Also buyer was messaged on 8/19 to open a claim on eBay per the user agreement to get a refund. They did not open a claim so yes, I am just not going to send them a refund.and the PO will not issue refunds for packages showed as delivered.
