Tried reel found it not to retrieve line on any setting, when wound forward the handle feels loose &the internal gear gives a grating noise as if something has not engaged. For the price is on a par with what I expected. It's nice and shiny but doesn't work. For the price paid it's not worth sending back, I'll give it to my grandson who likes taking things to bits it will keep him busy .
