    Card arrived in excellent packaging, and was very clean, although this would not denote operation as I was to find out. I had some issues with the iMac it was installed in, and removed it, and tested it in another identical iMac with the same results, and after consulting a pc repair shop, we concluded the card was bad. I contacted the seller, and they understood my issue, and allowed a return. I appreciate their customer service!.

    The card was taken out of a working tested iMac, and it maybe not compatible for some machine if not purchased by part number.
