    Did not receive my item…contacted the seller who gave excuses & blamed eBay…asked for refund…they processed a refund and then cancelled the refund!!!….please resolve this problem!!!

    "my refund has finally processed" this is part of a message from the buyer. Sellers cannot reverse refunds after they are initiated. I did not blame eBay, I explained how the orders are processed when sellers use eBay Standard Delivery which is serviced and orders are delivered by USPS. I did not blame anyone, I explained the logistics to the buyer.
