There was no power cable, so I had to change the input socket before I could test it, and change the voltage setting to 240V. It ran hot on one channel initially, but resetting the bias seems to have fixed that. All the controls work, no scratchiness, and even the power meter bulbs work! The condition is good for a 50 year old amp, but I will replace some of the capacitors for safety. Happy with it so far.

But, for some unknown reason, I was emailed pictures of a different Technics RS-1500 in poor condition when I was notified that it had shipped causing confusion on what I would recieve. However, what I recieved did match the listing. Overall, very happy with this seller.
