The scratches add to the value for me personally; it shows me someone else clearly loved this sound track and listened to it often. The CD itself is in flawless condition, not a single nick on the underside. The case also happened to have the original booklet which unfolds into a small poster. Such a fun little surprise! I will be playing this in the mornings as I make coffee to settle into work. :)
