After I sent the seller a picture and informed them about the troubles they told me to return. I didn't want to return...I wanted some sort of compensation. The were unsympathetic about the situation. The explained that they had been "burned" in the past but issuing partial refunds. Yes, I have been burnt by past customers. I don't offer partial refunds but did accept the return, provided a label and they threatened negative feedback if I didn't give them a partial refund.
