He claimed that it was sent opened but you can clearly see in the listing in the pictures that show the box was sealed with the original tape. He also said that the box was trashed/damaged when obviously it was sent securely and safely. He obviously wanted this helmet for free. I have over 5k items sold this year and I’ve never come across a customer like this.
