      I'm very disappointed with this entire transaction. First, it took a week to be shipped out. It took 2 days for seller to respond to my message regarding shipping. There was no explanation or apology for it not being shipped. The listing stated "excellent" condition, and that they were a gift given to her that she never wore. I am really shocked by how dirty and scuffed they are. I tried to reach out to the seller before leaving this feedback, but no response.
