    One of the shower heads was used and one was new. Both were described as new. However, when I contacted the seller, he was amazingly helpful. I got a partial refund and kept the heads. It was so fast and easy. I would have no qualms purchasing from him again. We are using one of these heads now and it works great! The packaging could've been better- like a box as these items are somewhat cheaply made, but they did make it safe. I do feel I received a good deal. The shipping was good as well.
