    Unfortunately, even though the item was new in an unopened box, the main AC power was missing - the seller had no way of knowing this. I bought this for my 87 year old mother in law who lives 200 miles away so getting her to send it back was a process in itself. The seller worked with me and refunded me as soon as she got it back.
