The customer service and response is terrible. I returned the item to originating Post Office Box in MN when the seller tried to get me to return to an address in the United Kingdom that would have involved substantial shipping costs and asked to me accept reimbursement of $75. for a $95.00 purchase price. I did not accept the offer.
