    I ordered a sealed copy of the game. When the game arrived it was an open box version of the game. I contacted the seller informing them to state that in the description in future. Whoever packed the game sent the wrong copy out. I received a £10 refund, an apology and if I had any problems with the product they would send me another copy out, this time sealed, as originally intended. Pleased either way.
