I ordered Kirkland Minoxidil 5% Foam, but instead received American vitamins from a completely different brand. The seller delayed shipping for several days, initially tried to cancel the order, and later claimed that my package was "exchanged in transit", which is impossible. The inner packaging had an Amazon label with a different name and address — clear evidence that this was sent intentionally. When I contacted the seller, he refused to take responsReply from: pollegary- Feedback replied by seller pollegary.- Feedback replied by seller pollegary.Dear Sir/Madam, a product different from the one I sold to the buyer arrived. The buyer gave me a negative review stating that I sent a different product than what he purchased. However, I believe the packaging and the item he received are not the same as what I sent. The product that arrived, according to the photos he sent in his complaint, is from Amazon and has nothing to do with the packaging I sent, and the product itself is completely different!
