It was covered with smudges and ink. It would only print black and blue. after a week of trying to contact seller I have turned it over to Ebay. I believe the sellers in China have discovered they can send you anything and say you have to pay return shipping. They know the expense and trouble of sending it back, makes most people just accept the loss.
