A lot of time has been spent producing this component however it doesn't fit correctly. When in place you cant connect the charging cable. I have made the problem better by turning the charging socket on the bike upside down but still have to remove a chunk of metal to access the socket! You'd think that someone would have checked this out at a research & development stage as everyone will have the same problem.
